Flat Rate Cleaning
A clear price for a defined service.
Ideal for listing preparation, move-in and move-out cleaning, established rental turnovers, and other services with a clear checklist.
Your personalized quote reflects the property’s size, condition, cleaning needs, and selected enhancements. Our team follows the agreed service checklist without a preset hourly cap.
Any requested additions or changes to the quoted scope are discussed before additional work proceeds.
Hourly Cleaning Support
Flexible care for selected tasks and changing priorities.
Available by arrangement for industry partners needing targeted refreshes, project support, or cleaning where the full scope is difficult to establish in advance.
We’ll confirm the hourly rate, number of cleaners, priority tasks, and authorized time budget before booking. Hourly rates are charged per cleaner, per hour, and any minimum booking requirement is identified in your quote.
Our team works through your priorities within the approved time. Additional time requires your authorization.
All pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars, plus GST. Cleaning supplies and equipment for the agreed service are included. Restocking items, specialty requirements, and any applicable travel charges are identified separately in your quote.
